Ryan, Chrystal, and Sonny

I met this cute family through another referral from Kay P. (thanks a million Kay!!!) and even though we had 1 angry, teething toddler, and 3 dogs who were out of their element and not behaving very well, we still managed to get some cute shots! I'm pretty sure this shoot was much less stressful for me than for them, but we are planning another dogfree shoot when #2 comes -see ya then!

Beautiful Brennen Brandt

I'm in love! This is Brennen Brandt, my newest nephew who made his entrance into this world just 7 days ago. He was so good during our shoot (if you exclude tinkling on a few of my props) and we found that the number of wrinkles in his forehead is directly related to the amount of frustration he was feeling towards Amber and I! You do great work sis- he's a keeper!

Perfect angel!

Not so happy (note the wrinkly forehead!)

(that smile means- I LOVE AUNT ASHLEY! (and I love when she takes my pictures!)

Beautiful beautiful boy!

He was a little big for the basket, but we did get this cute one before he started protesting too loudly!

Seriously- THIS IS FUNNY!

Sweet Sadi

Okay, I'm pretty sure this is the coolest teenage I have ever met- seriously. She has her stuff together--she is beautiful, smart, sweet, a fantastic leader, and so nice! I met her at camp a few years ago, where all my YW idolized her (okay, I idolize her too!) and some things never change! Oh, and did I mention Athletic? She is a member of Highland's STATE CHAMPIONSHIP basketball team, and she just got her ring today! This girl ROCKS!!!

(PS- there was a handsome young stranger at our shooting location that kept "accidentally on purpose" trying to get into her shots!)

Peyton and Hailey

Well, with the completion of Peyton and Hailey's pictures, that means I only have two more nieces to photograph, and I've got all of the Ferrell grandchildren taken care of. Obviously, these are my nieces, and obviously, they are BEAUTIFUL!!! I couldn't even find one picture to turn black and white, because the color of these dresses/headbands/eyes are so gorgeous. Peyton and Hailey (along with their mom) are here visiting from California, and I am SO SO SO happy I got a chance to take their pictures! Here is your sneak-peak Emily...I know there are 10 pictures...I can just never choose my favorites!

Kalle and Oakley

Again, so cute, and again- I'm biased! (Another niece and nephew) This shoot was not the easiest for many reasons- we had to leave our original shooting location because of a wedding rehersal, "the witching hour" (5-7) for two toddlers, and a dad who I'm pretty sure had no idea what he was getting himself into when he agreed to come, and after all was said and done, really wished he hadn't! None the less, with kids as good-looking as this, all you need is a few minutes and they work their own magic!

Taylor, Alyssa, MaKenna, and Jonathon

Cute doesn't even begin to describe these guys! One may say I am a little biased because these are my nieces and nephews, but you can't deny how darn cute these guys are! These are such great kids, and I love them to death. I also have to give a big shout out to grandpa, who I'm pretty sure lost his voice and threw out his back while making various animal noises and actions to keep the kids entertained and looking at me! Taylor and Alyssa did everything I asked down to the smallest detail, MaKenna is sure cute and acted just how you would expect a 4 year old to act who has had to sit too darn long for her liking, and Jonathon was all smiles as long as grampa was up to his antics! In fact, Grandpa got Jonathon so excited that in almost all of his pictures some body part is blurred becuase of his swinging his arms and head in excitement!
