This is the family of my dear SIL Kim. I absolutely loved this shoot! Why? I can't quite put my finger on it, but I think it is a combination of the fact that I dearly love everyone in the shoot, they are all so photogenic, and the scenery was beautiful and just the change of pace I've been looking for! It was SO SO SO COLD, so we only lasted half an hour, but it was all I needed with this darling family. (Added bonus, little Kate was the first baby I ever shot...ahhhh....) Enjoy guys!

Little Andy

While we were in Vegas for Christmas, we got to meet our new Nephew/cousin, "little Andy" (as opposed to just "Andy"- his daddy) and what a little darling he was. So tiny and perfect and snuggly! Unfortutely, I didn't get to do any snuggling, because I was just getting over being sick, so I just admired him through my camera. This little peanut refused to sleep (that's two in a row for me) and it was F-F-F-FREEZING, so we couldn't leave him bare very long! Here you go Mel and Andy- ENJOY!!!

For Sally

PHEW! That fact that we even got this shoot done is no small miracle! Due to sick children, sick photographer, and other strange happenings, this shoot had to be postponed 3 times! We finally got to shoot yesterday, and I am leaving town tomorrow, so I promised Sally a couple quick pics for a Christmas card! I really did take more pictures with Dad too, it's just that these ones with mom are my favorites. Also, is this not the most deliciously adorable boy you have ever seen in your life??? People would pay serious big bucks for that perfect head of hair, and his little mischievous grin is to DIE FOR!

Ryan and Emily

WOW!!! Three posts in one day, thats a record!! This is hardly a sneak peak since they have now seen all their pictures, but I thought I would post them anyways. This is my dear brother Ryan and his wonderful wife (Who was one of my best friends in HS!!) I love this fam. and their beautiful girls!

Garrett x2

Sorry this took so long Garrett! This is the husband of my dear friend Lauryn. He is working on a few projects, so we got to go out and shoot some fun shots. Lauryn was the creative director, and Garrett was the comic relief...I just snapped away! Lauryn is quite handy with the computer (http://www.very-inviting.net/) so she will edit the pics she wants exactly how they need them for Garrett's project, so I just got to play around with some fun edits! Thanks guys!

Same Sister, different year...

Yet again, the most camera time I get with Amber's family is 3 minutes in my parents front yard! COME ON! I know she thinks she is doing me a favor because this time of year is crazy, but IT'S NOT TRUE! Except for Jaxon, I don't there are much cuter kids on the planet than all of my nieces and nephews (their parents aren't half bad either...) and I would really like to do a REAL photoshoot with them. Alas, this is all I got!

For Jody

What a darling family. I was lucky enough to be the first to shoot this family with the beautiful new addition. This beautiful little stinker was WIDE AWAKE the whole time, and DID NOT like to be without her pacifier (She made her point by tinkling- TWICE- while doing nakey shots, who can be mad at something that cute and hilarious???) She refused to curl up like a tiny little thing, and instead stretched and moved like a pro!

These girls L-O-V-E their baby sis!

For Allison

(Disclaimer- I was out of town for a week and now am seriously behind on sneak peaks, but Ryan and Emily, Amber and Brandt, and Garrett, they will be coming shortly, I PROMISE!)

WOW! What a fun family! They were boisterous, hilarious, and beautiful! There's a chance that mom and dad may have gone into cardiac arrest after the shoot, but everyone else (including me -so no worrying Allison!) thought it went fantastically! I especially loved that mom just let me have some time with each child individually, and then all 4 together.
4 kids with no parents= serious sillyness!

I usually lead out with a family shot, but I L-O-V-E this genuine picture of the girls!
